Of course! We also run complex, multi-day, multi-venue festivals and conferences, as well as community engagement events. Our best work is usually done along side independent visionaries with lots of energy, but not a lot of time or know-how around event production.  

HOW MUCH DOES EVENT PRODUCTION COST?

There’s no short answer to this, as every event is unique- but we typically look at 13-15% of operating budget for each event, or calculate fee based on a day rate + production schedule. We’ll be up front about all costs when we first submit a proposal, and we’ll never increase fees without plenty of discussion. If additional staff are needed, we have all the right people at hand to make sure your event runs smoothly.
 

Do you do speaker curation/sponsorships?

We are happy to help guide the process of speaker curation and sponsorships, but we believe strongly that the best advocate for your event is you.
